Overview:

Gpac is partnered with a top Restoration Company and are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Technician to join a dynamic team. As a Lead Technician , you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to restoration and remediation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the restoration industry or a strong interest in building and restoration work.

Duties: 

• Perform mold remediation, water mitigation, and fire restoration
• Clean and restore damaged properties to their pre-loss condition
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
• Assist with asbestos abatement projects as needed
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
