Project Manager – Custom Home Builder

We are partnered with a well-established custom home builder known for delivering high-end, detail-driven residential projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes from start to finish.

 About the Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of custom home construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously.

 Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of custom home projects from pre-construction through closeout

• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance

• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams

• Review plans, specifications, and contracts

• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchasing

 Project Scope:

• High-end custom homes ranging from $1M to $10M+

• Ground-up residential construction with intricate designs and finishes

 Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in custom home or high-end residential construction

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience working directly with homeowners and design teams

• Proficiency in software such as Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or Procore
