Project Coordinator – Custom Home Builder

We are partnering with a reputable custom home builder known for delivering high-quality, detail-driven residential projects. This team is growing and looking to add a Project Coordinator to support their construction operations and help keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

🏡 About the Role:

The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to assist in the coordination of high-end custom home builds. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within residential construction and gain exposure to the full project lifecycle.

🔨 Responsibilities:

• Assist with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Help track project schedules, budgets, and timelines

• Support permitting and inspections process

• Maintain organized project files and construction documentation

• Communicate updates between office and field teams

✅ Qualifications:

• 1–4+ years of experience in construction (residential preferred)

• Exposure to custom homes or high-end residential projects is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with software such as Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or Procore is a plus
