🚨 FP&A Manager
A well-established, commercial mechanical services organization is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to build and lead its FP&A function.
This is a high-visibility role reporting to executive leadership with direct impact on financial strategy and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans
Build detailed financial models and scenario analyses
Deliver accurate variance reporting and executive-level insights
Lead pricing, margin, and labor efficiency analysis
Create dashboards and KPIs to improve performance visibility
Support capital planning and acquisition modeling
Ensure ERP data integrity and reporting accuracy
Qualifications:
10+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience (construction or mechanical services required)
Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI tools
Ability to partner with operations and executive leadership
Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred
