ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations within a project-based organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, and operational efficiency.
The Accounting Operations Manager serves as the Finance Lead for the leadership team, supporting strategic growth initiatives, cash flow management, tax compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on the execution and optimization of accounting processes to enable timely, data-driven decision-making and maintain overall financial health.
Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)• Minimum of 7 years of senior-level accounting, financial operations, or controllership experience.
