A growing law firm in Richardson, Texas is seeking an Immigration Attorney with strong family-based immigration and removal/bond hearing experience to lead and manage its immigration practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is comfortable handling cases independently and running the immigration department with minimal supervision.
What You’ll Do
- Handle family-based immigration matters, including petitions and adjustment processes
- Represent clients in bond hearings and removal proceedings before immigration courts
- Manage immigration cases from intake through resolution
- Prepare filings, motions, and supporting documentation for immigration court and USCIS matters
- Advise clients on immigration strategy and case options
- Occasionally travel to court appearances and hearings as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Immigration attorney with experience in family-based immigration and removal/bond hearings
- Ability to work independently and manage an immigration caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong client communication and case management skills
- Comfortable appearing in immigration court and handling hearings
- Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. state bar
