Ensures jobsite safety compliance and supports field teams on multiple commercial projects. Conducts audits, training, and documentation to maintain company and regulatory standards.
Perform daily safety audits and report findings.
Conduct toolbox talks and site training.
Manage incident reporting and follow-up.
Oversee safety documentation and corrective actions.
Assist with safety program improvements.
2+ years construction safety experience.
OSHA 30 preferred.
Strong communication and jobsite presence.
