Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join a growing, well-established manufacturing company in the Chicagoland area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a stable environment with modern equipment and a strong team culture.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic program edits
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and tight tolerances
• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain production efficiency
• Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with setups and operation (programming is a plus)
• Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&T
• Familiarity with Fanuc or similar controls
• Ability to use precision measuring tools
