Oversee full-cycle estimating and project management for commercial concrete projects
Prepare detailed take-offs, budgets, cost estimates, and final proposals
Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, materials, and timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Use Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and estimating software for maximum accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate closely with leadership and clients to exceed expectations and drive repeat business
Manage multiple projects from bid through closeout with a focus on safety, cost control, and schedule
4+ years of experience in concrete estimating, project management, or self-perform concrete environments
Proven success bidding and managing commercial or complex concrete scopes
Strong understanding of concrete means, methods, and materials
Proficiency with estimating tools, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Solid communicator with attention to detail and a proactive approach
