Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney (Mid-Level)

One of our top clients, a well-established plaintiff personal injury firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a mid-level Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its team. This is a fully in-office role, five days a week, offering strong compensation, bonuses and great benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and demand letters
• Take and defend depositions and handle written discovery
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Attend hearings, mediations and court proceedings
• Communicate regularly with clients on case status and strategy
• Work with paralegals and staff to keep cases moving forward

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California (State Bar of California)
• 6-9 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Strong writing, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Willing to work in the office 5 days a week
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
