Estate Planning Senior Associate Attorney

About the Opportunity:
A leading full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Senior Associate Attorney to join its expanding Estate Planning Group.

This position is ideal for a motivated attorney with a strong background in estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax planning, and general business advising. The role offers meaningful client interaction, referral source engagement, and a long-term growth path within a dynamic and collaborative practice.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drafting and reviewing complex estate planning documents
  • Managing estate and trust administration matters
  • Providing tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Advising clients on general business and succession planning matters
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referral sources
  • Collaborating with attorneys across related practice areas

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Illinois
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and administration
  • Strong financial or accounting background preferred
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
