Job Description: Flexo Press Operator
We are seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to set up, adjust, maintain, and operate printing press equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review job orders and make necessary adjustments to the press.
Install and configure press components, including ink rollers and printing plates.
Test inks and paints to ensure proper application and print quality.
Oversee the production of printed materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
Perform regular maintenance on press equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, including unusual noises or malfunctions.
Maintain a clean and organized press area.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in reading and understanding written instructions in English.
Basic math skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a flexographic press (required).
At least 1 year of general printing experience (required).
