BILLING SPECIALIST/ APM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist/ APM to support our client's Project Management Team throughout the construction project lifecycle. This role plays an important part in coordinating project documentation, supporting billing processes, and assisting with project closeout. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers from project start through closeout

  • Coordinate construction administration tasks (submittals, RFIs, logs, reports)

  • Maintain organized digital project files and documentation

  • Process and track change orders

  • Assist with subcontractor bid coordination

  • Support project closeout documentation and packages

  • Track warranty requests and maintain logs

  • Assist with monthly billings, lien waivers, and invoices

  • Support billing and collection efforts through internal coordination and client communication

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in billing, preferably in commercial construction

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Textura, Sage, or similar systems

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
