Associate Attorney – Real Estate Litigation 

A respected law firm in Dallas is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate and business-related disputes in a collaborative, professional environment that values strong advocacy, mentorship, and long-term growth.

What They’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate or commercial litigation, including contract, title, or property disputes

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediations

  • Ability to manage an active caseload and meet deadlines efficiently

  • Texas Bar membership in good standing

What You’ll Do

  • Handle litigation matters from pleadings through resolution, including trial preparation and appearances

  • Draft motions, discovery responses, and client updates

  • Conduct and defend depositions and participate in mediations and hearings

  • Work closely with clients, title companies, and co-counsel to develop effective case strategies

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality legal services
