Associate Attorney – Real Estate Litigation
A respected law firm in Dallas is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate and business-related disputes in a collaborative, professional environment that values strong advocacy, mentorship, and long-term growth.
2+ years of experience in real estate or commercial litigation, including contract, title, or property disputes
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediations
Ability to manage an active caseload and meet deadlines efficiently
Texas Bar membership in good standing
Handle litigation matters from pleadings through resolution, including trial preparation and appearances
Draft motions, discovery responses, and client updates
Conduct and defend depositions and participate in mediations and hearings
Work closely with clients, title companies, and co-counsel to develop effective case strategies
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality legal services
