What You’ll Do:

  • Lead business development and expand client relationships

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities and partnerships

  • Develop and execute growth strategies with senior leadership

  • Represent the company in key client and industry relationships

  • Drive high-level planning and revenue expansion

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years in construction business development or sales leadership

  • Proven success winning work for a General Contractor or Construction Manager

  • Strong market knowledge and industry connections

  • Strategic, entrepreneurial thinker with leadership ability

  • Excellent communicator, negotiator, and presenter
