Commercial Construction Estimator – REMOTE

A Colorado-based General Contractor is seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Estimator to join their growing team. This position is 100% remote, but you must be based in Colorado.

What You’ll Do:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for a range of commercial projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and executive teams to develop bid strategies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction costs, market trends, and materials
Participate in post-bid and handoff meetings to support smooth project transitions
What We’re Looking For:
2 - 7 years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor
Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
Proficiency with estimating software
Strong communication and organization skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Must reside in Colorado
