Senior Project Manager / Director – Civil Engineering (Land Development)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Director-level leader to play a key role in both technical execution and strategic growth. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a leadership environment, enjoys client engagement, and is motivated to drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in:
• Land Development
• Stormwater Management
• Hydrology & Hydraulics
• Grading & Drainage Design
• Utilities & Site Design
• Lead, mentor, and oversee engineering teams across projects
• Manage project delivery, budgets, and timelines
• Take an active role in marketing and business development efforts
• Drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships
• Act as a primary client contact, ensuring high-level service and satisfaction
• Review, approve, and sign off on engineering plans

Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and projects
• Demonstrated success in business development and client growth
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to take ownership of projects and contribute at a strategic level
