Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time📍 Sioux Falls, South Dakota

About the Role

• Provide ABA services and behavioral support to clients
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise and mentor support staff as needed

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 – $85,000
• Full benefits package
