Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Chiropractor to join a collaborative, rehab-based clinic that prioritizes clinical excellence, long-term outcomes, and team-based care.

This role is ideal for a chiropractor who wants to practice high-quality chiropractic care, work closely with rehab providers, and grow within a teaching-focused environment. You will be supported through a structured onboarding process designed to build confidence, competence, and consistency—not speed.

This is not a high-volume, assembly-line position. This is an opportunity to be part of a team committed to doing things the right way.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality chiropractic care rooted in nervous system principles

• Perform exams, adjustments, and ongoing patient evaluations

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

• Educate patients on care plans, progress, and long-term wellness

• Collaborate closely with rehab providers and clinical leadership

• Support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years of hands-on clinical adjusting experience

• Rehab-minded, patient-first philosophy

• Strong communicator who values patient education

• Collaborative, organized, and growth-oriented

• Comfortable working independently within a team-based setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $85,000

• Bonus: 20% of collections over $75,000/month

• Expected Earnings: ~$100,000+ annually
