Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with dairy producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and key influencers throughout the territory

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within North Central Wisconsin

  • Deliver product education, training, and on-farm support to customers

  • Collaborate with internal technical and leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer service

  • Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic territory management


Qualifications

  • Dairy sales experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong understanding of the dairy industry (production, herd health, nutrition, or management)

  • Self-motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a territory

  • Ability to travel within the assigned region
