Project Manager – Commercial Construction
We are partnering with a highly respected and well-established general contractor in the Indianapolis market seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure quality and safety standards
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Experience managing diverse commercial project types
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and documentation
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
