- Work directly with ownership and senior executives across all operations
- Lead the entire Food Safety, Quality, and Compliance division
- Oversee all systems, certifications, audits, and processes
- Implement new strategies and drive continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all food safety, quality, and compliance programs company-wide
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership and ownership on strategic initiatives
- Ensure adherence to USDA, FDA, and SQF regulations
- Support the company’s organic and antibiotic-free product lines, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards
- Lead internal audits, maintain certifications, and champion process improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor staff to foster a strong culture of safety and compliance
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Several years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of USDA, FDA, and SQF standards and certifications
- Experience with organic and antibiotic-free products is strongly preferred
- Background in food processing
- Confident leader who can manage and build a program from the ground up
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work effectively with ownership and multiple divisions
