A well-established Palm Beach Gardens estate planning boutique is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working with high-net-worth clients and complex planning strategies in a collaborative, family-oriented firm environment.

The firm has a tight-knit team and focuses on sophisticated estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. The practice emphasizes advanced planning and trust administration. 

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with high-net-worth clients on complex estate and tax planning matters
  • Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning documents, including trusts and related planning structures
  • Assist with trust administration and related advisory work
  • Collaborate with partners and attorneys on planning strategies and client solutions
  • Manage client relationships while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Florida Bar membership
  • 2+ years of estate planning experience 
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients or complex planning is a plus
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Hard-working, focused, and positive team-oriented mindset
