What You’ll Do
- Work directly with high-net-worth clients on complex estate and tax planning matters
- Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning documents, including trusts and related planning structures
- Assist with trust administration and related advisory work
- Collaborate with partners and attorneys on planning strategies and client solutions
- Manage client relationships while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida Bar membership
- 2+ years of estate planning experience
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients or complex planning is a plus
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Hard-working, focused, and positive team-oriented mindset
