Litigation Attorney | Tampa, FL

A respected Florida litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Tampa office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment and values efficiency, ownership, and professional growth.

The firm handles a strong volume of Bodily Injury matters on both the defense and plaintiff side, providing attorneys with meaningful litigation experience and exposure to a wide variety of personal injury cases.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials
• Handle a caseload focused primarily on Bodily Injury matters, including both plaintiff and defense cases
• Develop litigation strategy, assess liability and damages, and provide clear reporting to clients and stakeholders
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement-related materials with precision and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to drive favorable and timely case resolutions

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Bar member in good standing
• 1–2 years of litigation experience preferred
• Experience with personal injury, bodily injury, or civil litigation is a plus
• Working knowledge of Florida state and federal court procedures
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Eager, motivated attorney looking to learn, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a litigation practice
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with litigation management systems is a plus
