Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Industrial Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of experience running industrial projects who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced environment and values autonomy and accountability. You will oversee large-scale industrial projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage job sites with a hands-on approach, maintaining organized and efficient operations
Coordinate and collaborate with best-in-class subcontractors
Ensure projects adhere to safety standards and timelines
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Utilize advanced technology tools for project tracking and reporting
Support company growth by developing and mentoring team members
