Plumbing Project Manager

We are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing installations for large-scale commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. Your Role Will Include:
- Managing all aspects of plumbing projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinating with engineers, designers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration and execution of plumbing systems.
- Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and submittals to ensure designs meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Conducting site visits to monitor project progress, address on-site challenges, and maintain quality control.
- Developing and managing schedules, handling RFIs and change orders, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A proven track record of 5+ years in plumbing project management, preferably within the mechanical construction industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods, along with relevant codes and standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and maintain accountability.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
