Agricultural Equipment Technician 

Do you enjoy troubleshooting equipment more than sitting behind a desk? We're partnering with a progressive ag company that's investing in its people and equipment—and they're looking for an Agricultural Equipment Technician to keep their operation running strong.

If you're experienced with tractors, combines, sprayers, diesel engines, hydraulics, or electrical systems, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair tractors, combines, sprayers, and other agricultural equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Prepare equipment for seasonal planting and harvest.
• Work alongside an experienced operations team to keep equipment field-ready.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of agricultural or heavy equipment repair experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs.
• CDL is a plus but not required.
