Corporate Transactions Attorney: Deal Work for Growing Companies in West Palm Beach

Our client, a well-established Florida corporate firm, is seeking a Corporate Transactions Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its West Palm Beach office. The practice handles acquisitions, financings, and commercial agreements for middle-market clients.

This is an in-office role in West Palm Beach, where you will work side by side with an experienced team.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and commercial contracts
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and financings from LOI through closing
• Lead due diligence and prepare disclosure schedules
• Advise on entity formation and corporate governance
• Work directly with business owners and executives

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate transactional or M&A experience
• Excellent research, writing, and client communication skills
• Commitment to working in office in West Palm Beach
