We are seeking an entry-level Associate Attorney to join a growing practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with 1–2 years of experience who is interested in developing their career in personal injury and workers’ compensation law.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with personal injury and workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials under partner supervision
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and insurance representatives
• Support senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy development
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Tennessee Bar, or eligibility to obtain
• 1–2 years of legal experience (internships, clerkships, or relevant practice areas considered)
• Strong interest in personal injury and workers’ compensation law
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail
• Client-focused, proactive, and eager to learn
