We are seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal to join our team and provide dedicated support to attorneys handling medical malpractice defense matters. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in complex litigation and brings strong organizational and analytical skills to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in all phases of medical malpractice defense cases

  • Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation materials

  • Conduct legal research and summarize case facts

  • Maintain and organize case files, medical records, and deadlines

  • Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and experts throughout the litigation process

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting attorneys in medical malpractice litigation

  • Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related business degree

  • Proficiency in legal technology platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
