We are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our team and provide key support in creditors’ rights and litigation matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in all phases of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and litigation cases

  • Draft, review, and manage bankruptcy filings, pleadings, and related legal documents

  • Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries

  • Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines

  • Utilize technology and legal software to streamline workflows

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong background in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and litigation

  • Proficiency with legal technology platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a BA with a paralegal certificate required

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
