 What you will be doing:

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing our service techs like a boss

  • Running the day-to-day shop operations (think: scheduling, workflow, customer relations, etc.)

  • Partnering with sales + parts to keep things moving

  • Driving customer satisfaction + service profitability

  • Keeping everything organized, safe, and high-performing


What we are looking for:

  • Current or previous Service Manager experience

  • Strong leadership + communication skills

  • Someone who knows how to get things done
