Precision Manufacturing – Complex Parts – Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist who can own the process from print to finished part, solving complex machining challenges and producing high-precision components. Reasonable relocation; reimbursement will be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Program and set up CNC mills and/or lathes for complex parts using G-code/M-code and modern CAD/CAM.
  • Interpret blueprints, models, and sketches to determine machining sequence, tooling, and fixturing.
  • Perform setups, offsets, test runs, and inspections to hold tight tolerances using precision measuring tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality, recommend process/tooling improvements, and document setups and standards.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe work area and mentor less-experienced machinists and operators.

What You Bring

  • Proven CNC Programmer/Machinist experience in production or job-shop environments.
  • Strong blueprint/CAD/GD&T reading skills and hands-on multi-axis setup/operation.
  • Proficiency with at least one CAD/CAM platform and common controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).
  • Solid shop math, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and team-oriented communication.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training, apprenticeship, or certifications are a plus.
