Commercial HVAC Project Manager

Multi-Family / Commercial Mechanical Construction

A growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and multi-family HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects from kickoff to completion
• Overseeing project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and cost controls
• Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Supporting successful project execution across multiple job sites
• Maintaining project schedules, documentation, and communication

• Multi-family
• Commercial
• Manufacturing facilities
• Warehouses
• Cold storage
• Large distribution centers
• Hospitality projects

Projects up to $10M preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience
• Multi-family and commercial mechanical construction background
• Experience with Viewpoint, Spectrum, FieldWire, or similar construction software
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and coordination experience
• Open to local travel to project sites
• Stable work history preferred
