Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and highly skilled 3-5 years Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join a growing firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling insurance defense cases. Responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting documents and pleadings, and representing clients in court hearings and depositions. 

• 3-5 years’ Experience Insurance defense experience
• MUST HAVE Active License 
• Federal & State Court experience
• Litigation Counsel – Trial Attorney
• Responsible for case load - mainly in Federal Court
• Insurance defense clients representing School Districts and School Board Members, Municipalities and Council Members, Governmental Authorities and Board Members
• Ability to litigate complex cases, conduct depositions, manage discovery and trial preparation, and conduct trial work jury and non-jury

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
