A highly respected and growing mechanical contractor in the San Diego area is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex projects and mentor a strong project management team. This company has a long-standing reputation for excellence and a solid backlog of work.
If you bring 5+ years of mechanical project management experience and enjoy leading teams while staying connected to the field, this is a strong opportunity.
What you’ll do:
Oversee $10M–$15M in active mechanical projects
Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers
Drive project execution, scheduling, cost control, and billing
Lead project handoffs, job starts, and monthly project reviews
Maintain strong communication between office, shop, and field teams
Stay engaged in the field to support subcontractors and crews
Projects include: Government, industrial, and commercial facilities
