Commercial Lines Account Manager
GPAC is partnered with a growing regional agency to hire an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager in their NYC location. This is a dynamic opportunity with growth and flexibility working with large, complex accounts, where your expertise in Commercial Property & Casualty will make a real impact.
About the Role:
As a key member of the team, you’ll manage a high-value book of business ($1M+). You’ll provide superior client service, ensuring seamless account management while navigating the complexities of large commercial accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of high-value commercial accounts, ensuring excellent service and retention.
Process new submissions efficiently, sometimes requiring quick turnarounds outside of normal business hours.
Maintain client relationships through strategic problem-solving and expert guidance.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support renewals, coverage placement, and account servicing.
Utilize EPIC software to streamline workflows and manage account activity effectively.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in Large Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
Proven ability to handle complex accounts with high premiums
Strong analytical and relationship-management skills
Proficiency with EPIC software or similar CRM platforms
Willingness to go the extra mile during busy periods
