Job Description

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production by improving processes, solving shop floor challenges, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Partner with operations to reduce setup time and improve cycle efficiency
• Evaluate processes to identify inefficiencies and quality concerns
• Create and maintain drawings, process documentation, and travelers
• Provide CAD support for manufacturing and machining activities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
• Strong knowledge of metalworking processes and shop floor practices
• Solid understanding of GD&T and mechanical drawings
• Experience with tolerance analysis, fixturing, and process control concepts
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools and interpreting inspection results
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively across teams
