Executive Director (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator / Health Facility Administrator)

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director (LNHA or HFA) to lead operations for a senior care campus focused on exceptional resident outcomes, staff engagement, and long-term stability. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on community presence — ideal for a mission-driven leader who thrives on building culture, driving results, and inspiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight and leadership to staff, residents, and families.
Manage financial performance, budgets, and operational KPIs, including occupancy, quality, and compliance.
Foster a culture of excellence by leading through example, promoting teamwork, and maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
Partner with regional and corporate support teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent success.
Represent the campus within the local community and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and partners.
Conduct routine rounds to engage with residents and staff, monitor care standards, and reinforce organizational values.
Lead survey readiness efforts, oversee state and federal compliance, and manage plans of correction as needed.
Serve as (or appoint) the abuse coordinator for the community in accordance with regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Associate degree acceptable in select states).
Current, active Health Facility Administrator (HFA) or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing.
Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in long-term care or related healthcare operations.
Proven ability to build high-performing teams and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
