I am working with one of my top CPA firm clients, and they are adding an Audit Manager to their team.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and special projects.
• Identify accounting, financial reporting, and compliance issues while providing practical solutions.
• Recommend process improvements based on client operations and business objectives.
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff members.
• Evaluate engagement performance and contribute to improving internal processes.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• Five or more years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working directly with clients and building strong relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
