Job Posting: Associate Attorney Location: Los Angeles/Beverly Hills 

Base Compensation: $250,000 - $300,000

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney to join a high-performing legal team handling high-profile cases. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with strong deposition and discovery skills to work on major, complex cases, including those involving 8-figure settlements. This is not a trial-focused position but will require significant deposition work and pre-trial preparation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deposition skills: This role requires a heavy workload of depositions, and the ideal candidate must be comfortable leading and conducting them.
  • Discovery expertise: A strong background in discovery is essential.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in a legal setting, ideally with a focus on pre-trial preparation, depositions, and discovery.
  • Self-starter: We are looking for someone who can take initiative and work independently without the need for micromanagement.
  • Pre-trial workup: Extensive experience handling heavy pre-trial responsibilities.
  • Team-oriented: You will work closely within a small team (4-5 people), so it is important that you are comfortable and confident in your work.
  • High-profile cases: You will be working on some of the most significant legal cases, with the potential for 8-figure settlements.
