What you’ll do:
Manage all phases of construction for multifamily developments, from preconstruction through project delivery.
Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with development, design, and ownership teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor safety, quality, and schedule across multiple projects.
