Project Executive – Hyperscale Data Center (Texas)

Location: Pecos, TX Project Duration: ~18 months (with future phases planned)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center campus. This role will oversee multiple data halls and an administrative building, managing both self-perform and subcontracted scopes on a fast-track, mission-critical project.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of project execution, budget, and schedule
• Lead project teams across construction, engineering, and field operations
• Oversee complex electrical and mechanical scopes, including liquid cooling systems
• Drive performance across self-perform work and subcontractors
• Interface with client stakeholders and senior leadership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience
• Strong background in mission-critical or data center projects
• Experience with large-scale, complex programs ($500M+)
• General contractor experience required; self-perform background preferred

Compensation

• $200K–$250K base + ~30% bonus
• $2,000/week per diem
• Full benefits + 401(k) match
