gpac is partnered with a premier dairy manufacturing plant in Vernon County, WI, seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to join their leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a dairy professional to refine their management skills within a company that has been a staple of the industry for over 30 years, known for its fresh, locally processed, high-quality products.

In this role, you will take full ownership of manufacturing, efficiency, inventory, safety, and maintenance for your shift. You’ll be more than a manager; you’ll be a strategic partner, collaborating with other departments to achieve facility-wide goals. You will lead an exceptional, highly trained team that is looking for a true leader to inspire them. Dairy manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and coach the team to success, ensure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift
  • Night Shift is 10pm-7am Sunday - Thursday
  • Collaborate with other shift departments
  • Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
  • Ensure safety of all employees
  • Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team.
  • Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution

The ideal candidate holds:

  • 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility
  • Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations
  • Familiarity working with data management programs
  • Strong understanding of GMP’s and Food Safety
  • Leadership mindset, great communication, and drive
