This is a unique opportunity for a strong litigator with trial experience who is looking to step into a leadership role without the requirement of a portable book of business.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead construction litigation matters from inception through trial
  • Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
  • Develop case strategy and manage client relationships
  • Work on complex disputes including construction defects, contract issues, delays, and related claims
  • Mentor and support junior associates and contribute to team development

What We’re Looking For

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
  • 5+ years of litigation experience (construction experience strongly preferred)
  • Trial experience (first or second chair)
  • Strong leadership, case management, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle complex matters independently

Why Join

  • Collaborative, team-oriented firm culture
  • Competitive compensation and long-term growth potential

If you’re a construction litigator with trial experience looking to step into a partner-level role without the pressure of bringing a book, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
