Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage customer relationships in a territory South of Boston to Cape Cod area. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, reliable professional with a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the building materials industry. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in your territory.
• Generate new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Read and interpret blueprints to support customer needs.
• Maintain a strong market presence and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Manage territory efficiently and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Established outside sales experience in lumber, building materials, or related industries preferred.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and develop business.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented.
