Job Description

A commercial General Contractor specializing in restaurant and retail renovations is seeking a Traveling Superintendent based in the Atlanta area. This role will oversee fast-track restaurant remodel and tenant improvement projects across multiple markets.

Project Types

• Restaurant remodels and brand refresh programs

• Interior tenant improvements

• Fast-track schedules (typically 4–10 weeks)

• Projects generally $500K – $5M

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day jobsite operations

• Coordinate subcontractors and project schedules

• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule expectations

• Communicate progress with Project Managers and clients

• Manage inspections, punch lists, and closeout

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor

• Experience with restaurant remodels, retail, or interior TI projects

• Ability to manage fast-paced renovation schedules

• Willingness to travel for project assignments

Compensation

• Base salary $80K – $115K depending on experience

• Annual bonus: $10K – $20K

• Travel expenses covered while on assignment
