Sales Representative – Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)

A growing and well-established Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) provider is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support continued growth. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands metal building solutions and enjoys closing deals in a fast-moving, relationship-driven environment.

This is a remote position with minimal travel, focused on developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through PEMB sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities for PEMB projects

  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and end users

  • Prepare and present PEMB proposals and pricing

  • Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams

  • Follow up on leads and close deals efficiently

  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking

  • Support customers through the sales process from concept to contract

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, metal buildings, or commercial construction

  • Strong understanding of PEMB systems, pricing, and applications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote workload

  • Proficient with basic CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred

  • Experience selling PEMB packages or metal building solutions

  • Established contractor or developer relationships

  • Background in construction sales or estimating

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000

  • Commission structure targeting $100,000+ total compensation

  • Remote work environment

  • Minimal travel requirements
