A growing and well-established Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) provider is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support continued growth. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands metal building solutions and enjoys closing deals in a fast-moving, relationship-driven environment.
This is a remote position with minimal travel, focused on developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through PEMB sales.
Generate and develop new business opportunities for PEMB projects
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and end users
Prepare and present PEMB proposals and pricing
Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams
Follow up on leads and close deals efficiently
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking
Support customers through the sales process from concept to contract
Sales experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, metal buildings, or commercial construction
Strong understanding of PEMB systems, pricing, and applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote workload
Proficient with basic CRM tools and MS Office
Experience selling PEMB packages or metal building solutions
Established contractor or developer relationships
Background in construction sales or estimating
Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000
Commission structure targeting $100,000+ total compensation
Remote work environment
Minimal travel requirements
