Job Title: Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Area, Texas

An established national law firm with a strong and collaborative presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join its corporate practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected team on sophisticated transactions while continuing to build and grow your practice within a supportive firm environment.

Position Overview: This role involves advising clients on complex mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business transactions. Attorneys will work closely with partners and associates across multiple practice groups while representing a wide range of corporate clients.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions transactions
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and legal writing skills
• Solid academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Texas or ability to become admitted within six months
• Interest in mentoring junior associates and contributing to team development
• Lateral partners are encouraged to apply; portable business is not required, though the firm is well-positioned to support attorneys with existing client relationships
